New York Mortgages For Everyone!

Not every company is equipped to get you the lowest rate on a New York mortgage.  First of all, most lenders who claim to be able to do mortgages in NY are actually not licensed in the state.  But, my company is!  If you work with just any broker in the marketplace, they will tack on a portion to the interest rate and fees in order to work through a another company (such as mine) to be able to close the loan.  You clearly want to avoid that.  You might be tempted to walk in to a local bank to get your loan done, and there's no benefit to that -- only negatives.
