SETH ASHER

Seth is an honors graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has a dual-concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. After Wharton, he joined Goldman Sachs, on Wall Street in New York. After working for Goldman for a number of years, he launched a real estate investment and holding company.  Designed to take advantage of overlooked macro-demographic and macro-socioeconomic trends with a sound business model, his company was able to attract multi-million dollar investments sourced all over the nation.  After four years as Chief Executive, he determined the optimal time to sell the company's principal holdings and selling the remaining holding company to what today is the parent company of MyLoanMarket. Upon divesting the assets and distributing profits, Seth re-located to Beverly Hills, California, where he became an executive of the parent orgnanization which had acquired that firm which he had founded. It was during this time that MyLoanMarket was founded, and remains under his stewardship. Continuously throughout his career, Seth has performed management consulting/financial advisory services for individuals, businesses and government entities.  After a long stretch of advisory engagements relating to mortgages and real estate, he launched this real estate finance business -- with intentionally zero equity participation on individual transactions -- as a residential and commercial mortgage lending institution and mortgage brokerage company.

BRANDON PICO

Born in Newport, Rhode Island, Brandon excelled acamademically and athletically in school and graduated from Arizona State University.  After graduation, he signed with the Chicago Cubs as professional baseball player.  He retired from baseball after his 3rd shoulder surgery.  At the end his baseball career, Brandon entered the mortgage industry a number of years ago.  He earned Rookie of the Year Honors at a direct lender, Advanced Financial Services.  He transferred to San Diego to work for Accredited Home Loans, an established sub-prime wholesale lender, to work as a wholesale account executive.  At Accredited, Brandon became extraordinarily skillful at structuring difficult deals; often the "undoable" deals would land in Brandon's pipeline, and get funded.  He loves challenges and closes a majority of other peoples' turn-downs based strictly on his creative under­writing knowledge.  He has knowledge of every possible loan scenario, as he has funded hundreds and hundreds of loans.  Brandon now lives in Brentwood, California (Los Angeles).  He funds loans for us, does stand-comedy and writes scripts.

JON PURDY

Jon grew up on an island near Seattle, Washington and is a genuinely nice, moral and very accomplished fellow.  As a movie producer, Jon directed Martin Sheen, and other movie greats and had several films win awards in festivals. He is a superbly efficient loan officer, and has an incredibly high service level -- he will walk his clients through a multitude of scenarios, patiently.  He is our in-house 1031 Exchange tax expert.  Additionally, Jon has directed 9 multi-million dollar budget movies, simultaneously being immersed in various real estate activities.  He joined us in the loan business several years ago.  Now on-board with us with years of experience in real estate and mortgages, Jon has proven to be a incredibly successful loan officer.

STEVE WILSON

Steve is a tremendously successful mortgage loan officer on our team, and we all appreciate having him. A former executive at Castle Rock Entertainment (Motion picture and television production company having produced: Seinfeld, When Harry Met Sally, A Few Good Men, City Slickers, In the Line of Fire, Absolute Power, Honeymoon in Vegas, The American President, and the Green Mile), his industry contacts have been a boon to our business. In the entertainment industry, he worked one-one-one on a daily basis with A-list Hollywood elite: Rob Reiner, Hugh Grant, Alan Horn and so on. His wife and two kids are very proud of him, as we all are. Steve attended the University of Virginia and graduated with honors, with a degree in English Literature. He is a former professional tennis player, having ranked 781^st in the world at the ATP level. Unfortunately a hip injury meant he had to retire from tennis and now he sticks to the swimming pool for daily exercise. Steve has originated countless dollars of loans in his career, and we imagine he would be ranked in the world standings for that as well. He is also a long-time friend of a principal investor in and founder of our parent company. Steve Wilson serves as our moral compass whenever we encounter any difficult ethical questions, and is the Director of Compliance at our parent company.

RUBEN GALAVIZ

Ruben Galaviz is the Chief Loan Processor on our team.  He works on every file that we touch.  He has 20 years of experience in real estate finance.  Ruben is a great guy and takes care of all of us -- he is detail-oriented, reliable and assures our files are clean and sail through underwriting with ease. Originally from Texas, Ruben joined OlympiaWest and is an absolutely integral part of the team.
